Connect community guidelines
Connect is where you ask questions and share your own experience. This page explains what we do to keep it safe and where our moderators step in.
Why Connect is moderated
In a community like this, someone a few weeks into their own research can sound just as certain as someone who has run a compound for years and a newer member has no way to tell the difference. Moderation exists to keep you safe and to add context where a post needs it.
It does not exist to enforce one correct protocol or to remove opinions a moderator happens to disagree with. There is a real difference between someone sharing a personal experience and someone presenting dangerous or incorrect information as fact. We act on the second and we protect the first.

Share experience as experience
Say what worked for you and be clear when something is your opinion rather than an established fact.
Be respectful
Challenge the information, not the person. Disagreement is welcome when it stays civil.
Keep it safe
Do not present dosing, reconstitution, or safety claims as certain when they are not.
Keep it here
Connect is for member discussion, not for buying, selling, or advertising.
What is not allowed
A moderator will step in on any of the following, either to add context or to take the post down.
Dangerous dosing and reconstitution
Instructions that could physically harm someone, such as a reconstitution ratio or a dose well outside the normal range presented as safe.
Dangerous advice
Telling someone to ignore a serious reaction, push through obvious warning signs, or move to a high dose quickly.
Misinformation as fact
Dosing, safety, or conversion claims stated with certainty when they are really one person's opinion.
Buying, selling, and promotion
Vendor names or links, discount or affiliate codes, offers to source a compound, and promotion of outside stores, channels, or paid groups.
Off-platform solicitation
Phone numbers, messaging-app handles, or any attempt to move members off Connect to make a purchase.
Harassment and personal attacks
Insults, bullying, condescension, or several members piling onto one person.
Spam
Repeated or low-value posts that clutter the feed without adding anything useful.
How moderation works
When a moderator looks at a reported post, they reach for the lightest action that fixes it.

Leave it
Respectful disagreement and personal experience stay. Most posts need nothing.

Add a community note
When a post needs context rather than removal, a moderator can pin a note that every member can see.

Remove it
Dangerous advice, promotion, contact information, and personal attacks are hidden from the feed.

Escalate
If a call is not clear, a moderator brings it to us before doing anything.
We hold everyone to the same standard, no matter who is posting.
Community notes
A community note is a short, pinned message a moderator can add to a post to give readers context. You may have seen something similar on other platforms.
We use a note when a post is not dangerous enough to remove but could still mislead a newer member, for example a dose that is higher than most people run. A note adds context. It does not remove the original post or the discussion around it.
How to report a post
If you see a post that breaks these guidelines, report it from inside the app. Open the question or reply, choose Report, and tell us briefly what is wrong.
We keep your report private. Once a post gets enough reports it goes to a moderator to look at. You can also block a member so you no longer see their posts.
Our moderators
Our moderators are experienced members of the community, not staff. They volunteer to help keep Connect safe and they carry a moderator badge next to their name so you can recognize them.

Connect is a space for members to share personal experience. It is not medical advice. Peptide Tracker does not sell, source, prescribe, dispense, or administer any compound and neither our team nor our moderators can recommend a protocol or a dose.

Connect is new and these guidelines will grow as the community does. We will update this page as we build more moderation tools and learn what you need.
