The fastest way to reach Peptide Tracker support is email. A human replies, usually within two business days.

If you are reporting a bug, include your device model, iOS version, app version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not send peptide sourcing information or medical records.

App issues

Crashes, loading problems, broken screens, incorrect dates, and sync issues.

Reminders

Notification permission problems, missing reminders, and timezone issues.

Vials

Questions about how vial inventory, draw volume, and remaining dose calculations work in the app.

Feedback

Feature requests, workflow improvements, copy concerns, and confusing UI.

Account and data

You can export your data from the app by opening Settings -> Data -> Export my data. The export is a JSON file containing the account records Peptide Tracker stores for you.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings -> Danger zone -> Delete account. This erases your protocols, doses, vials, injection sites, and history from the active database.

Peptide Tracker is a personal tracking tool. We do not sell, source, prescribe, dispense, or administer any compound, and support cannot answer medical questions or recommend protocols.
