Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of Peptide Tracker, including our mobile apps, our web tools, our calculators, our peptide library, and the backend that serves them. By creating an account, opening the app, or using any of our tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.

Peptide Tracker is a tracking tool and a reference resource. Nothing in the app, in the reconstitution or pharmacokinetics calculators, in the in-app assistant, or in the curated peptide library constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Peptide therapy carries real risks. The substances covered by this app may be unapproved, may be sold as research chemicals, and may interact with medications you are taking. The responsibility for sourcing, dosing, and administering any peptide sits with you and the clinician you work with.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop reading this and call your local emergency number.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptide Tracker. By using the product you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your device and any credentials you set (email, password, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google) secure. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, email us at hello@peptidetracker.ai and we will help you lock it down.

One person, one account. We don't support shared accounts or multi-user usage inside a single login.

You own the data you put into Peptide Tracker. Your protocols, your dose log, your notes, and your vial inventory are yours.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content back to you inside the product so the product can function. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it to third parties. If you opt into marketing, we may use your activity and what you track in the app, including the peptides in your protocols, to choose which messages and offers we send you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and data at any time from the Settings screen in the app, and you can email us to request a copy of your data. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

We respect intellectual property, and we expect the same from the people who use Peptide Tracker. If you believe something in the product infringes a copyright you own or control, you can ask us to remove it and we will act on a valid request.

Send your notice to hello@peptidetracker.ai with "Copyright" in the subject line. To help us act quickly, please include enough detail to identify the work you say was infringed, a description of the material you want removed and where it appears in the product, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question, and we will let the person who posted it know. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of people who infringe the rights of others more than once.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply to us with a counter-notice explaining why. We will pass it along to the party who filed the original notice.

Peptide Tracker offers an optional annual subscription called the Founding Membership. It is a way to support the app if you want to, and it is never required. The app and its features stay free whether or not you join, and nothing you already use moves behind a paywall.

When you join, you choose how much to pay from the annual support tiers shown on the Founding Member screen in the app. As a Founding Member you receive a few perks, currently priority support and early access to new features. We may add to or change these perks over time, and we will describe them in the app.

The Founding Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for another year at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage the subscription or turn off automatic renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, so we never see your card number. Refund policies follow the store you purchased through, not us.

If you cancel, you keep your Founding Member perks until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't issue pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless the store you purchased through requires one.

When you opt in to our marketing emails or SMS messages, those messages may include links to independent third-party partners. Peptide Tracker may earn a commission when you purchase through one of those links. The commission has no impact on the price you pay.

Affiliate-suggested products are sold by their respective vendors, not by us. Peptide Tracker does not manufacture, distribute, prescribe, source, ship, or warrant the quality, identity, safety, regulatory status, or therapeutic effect of any product offered by a third-party vendor. We do not screen or audit vendors and we make no representation about their compliance with FDA, DEA, or other regulatory requirements.

Any product suggestion shown to you, whether triggered by your tracked inventory or sent on a general marketing schedule, is informational only. It is not a medical recommendation, not a prescription, and not an endorsement of the substance for use in humans. Section 2 still applies in full.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or going to Settings › Marketing in the app. Opt-outs are honored immediately.

The app, the calculators, the peptide library, and everything we ship are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the numbers correct, the reminders on time, and the data intact, but we make no guarantees of any kind, express or implied. That includes no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, personal injury, or health outcomes arising from your use of the product.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the product is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You can stop using Peptide Tracker at any time and delete your account from the Settings screen.

We can suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, put other users at risk, or created legal exposure for us. Where it's practical, we will tell you before we do it.

Sections about your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive after your account closes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Peptide Tracker will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
