The words you'll keep seeing
Compound, protocol, and stack
Every field has its own vocabulary and this one is no different. You only need a few words to follow the rest of this app and most of what you read online.
Compound is the peptide itself, the specific thing you are taking. You will notice this app says compound rather than "drug," because these are sold for research and are not approved medicines. It is worth getting used to, since the whole community talks this way.
Protocol is your plan for one compound, meaning which compound, how much, how often, and for how long. Some people have specific instructions on how they administer a compound, too.
Stack is what you call it when you run more than one compound at once. Your stack is all your protocols put together. Sometimes people use the term "protocol" to refer to their stack. There isn't really a right answer here.
