You can rename a custom compound, change its half-life, or delete it. The one thing you cannot change is the components of a blend.

Open the compound
Open Settings and tap Custom compounds.
Tap the compound you want to change.

Change the Name, the Half-life, or the Notes. Tap Save to keep your changes.
A blend is different. Its components are locked. To change them, delete the blend and make it again.
