Tracking symptoms
Once a week, Today asks whether you noticed any symptoms. This guide shows how to answer that check, add a symptom on your own, and see the doses you logged on the days you had it.
Open the weekly check
When a check is due, the Today tab shows a Track your symptoms card.
Tap Check-in to answer it.
Pick what you noticed
Tap each symptom you had. Then tap Continue.
If nothing came up, tap Felt fine and then Continue. That answers the check for the week.
Tap Something else to search for a symptom that is not on the list.
Mark the days and the impact
Tap each day you had it. If it began before the first day shown, tap the Started before row.
Then pick how much it got in the way.
To save the symptom without these details, tap Skip.
Name the compound if you can
The last question asks which compound you think it is from. It is optional. Pick Not sure if you can't tell.
The app asks it only when you are on more than one compound.
Tap Save to finish. If you picked more than one symptom, the button reads Next and takes you to the next one.
Find your symptoms
Scroll down the Today tab to the Symptoms card. It shows the latest thing you reported.
Tap it to see everything.
Add a symptom yourself
You don't have to wait for the weekly check.
Tap Add, pick the symptom, and answer the same questions. Then tap Save.
See what you were taking
Tap a symptom to open it.
What you were taking lists the doses you logged on the days you had it.
Tap Edit to change your answers.
Turn the weekly check off
Turn off Show on Today to stop the weekly check.
Your symptoms stay on this screen. You can still add one with Add.
