Adamax is a synthetic research peptide used as a nootropic for focus and mental energy. It is sold as a longer-acting version of Semax. Semax is a peptide derived from the hormone ACTH and used in Russia for cognition and recovery. Adamax adds chemical changes meant to help it last longer and reach the brain more easily. A small nootropics vendor created it and has since shut down. Even that maker said it was made with no research of any kind. It is not approved anywhere and is sold as an unregulated research chemical.

Community reports cluster around 100 to 200 mcg once daily by nasal spray. Some users go up to about 300 mcg. Much higher figures circulating online come from automated dosing-guide sites rather than real users or the original maker. Some of those sites list several milligrams per dose. That is tens of times the community amount. It appears to confuse the 10 mg vial size with a single dose.

No pharmacokinetic data exists for Adamax. Users describe a stimulant-like effect that lasts about 8 to 10 hours. That figure describes how long the effect feels and is not a measured half-life.

Adamax has no mechanism studies of its own. Everything here is inferred from related peptides. The added adamantane cage is a standard chemistry trick for making a peptide more fat-soluble, more stable against breakdown, and better at crossing into the brain. The idea is that this makes Adamax last longer than plain Semax. None of this has been tested in Adamax itself. It remains an inference from the parent peptide rather than a measured fact.

No study of Adamax exists in any species. There is no direct evidence for it. The parent peptide Semax is genuinely researched in Russian rodent and clinical work. The benefit and mechanism claims for Adamax are extrapolated from that work rather than measured. What is known about Adamax itself comes from vendor material and community reports. Those reports agree on how it is dosed and what it feels like but establish nothing about whether it works or is safe.
