Rotating your sites

Why you move the spot

Do not keep injecting the same spot. If you do, two things go wrong. The first is that the skin and fat there get irritated and can build up small knots of scar tissue. The second is that scarred spots absorb compounds less reliably, so your doses get less consistent over time.

The solution is to rotate your injection sites. Each time you inject, move to a fresh spot at least an inch from the last few. People usually cycle around the belly, then over to the love handles and thighs, working a grid so each spot gets a week or more to recover before it comes up again. Left side today, right side next time is an easy rhythm to start with.

This is hard to track in your head, which is exactly why the app keeps a rotation map. Every time you log an injection, it remembers where. It shows you which areas have had a rest and which are still recovering. When you go to log a dose, we'll show a label next to the site that has had the most rest. You can edit or delete the injection sites that come with the app by default, too.

Keep your place

The app remembers which lessons you have finished and gives you a place to manage your protocols alongside the course.
