Pausing or ending a protocol
You do not have to delete a protocol to take a break from it. You can pause it, end it, or delete it. Each of those is meant for a different situation.
Choose pause or end
Pause a protocol when you are taking a short break and plan to come back to it. Its reminders stop until you resume it.
End a protocol when you are done with it for now. This also stops its reminders. You can still bring it back later if your plans change.
Delete a protocol only when you created it by mistake and never logged a dose. This removes it for good and cannot be undone.
Pause for a break
Open the protocol, scroll to the bottom, and tap Pause.
Its reminders and upcoming doses stop until you resume it. Everything you have already logged stays in your history.
Resume when you're ready
A paused protocol shows a Resume button in the same spot. Tap it whenever you want to start again.
Your reminders and upcoming doses come back, picking up from today.
End when you're done
Tap End when you are done with a protocol.
This stops its reminders and marks it ended. Ending is not final. You can move it back to paused later if you change your mind.
Bring back an ended protocol
An ended protocol replaces its buttons with Move to paused. Tap it to bring the protocol back as paused.
From there, tap Resume to make it active again.
Delete a protocol
You can delete a protocol only when it has no logged doses. Any vials you added stay in your inventory.
Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. If a protocol already has doses logged, end it instead of deleting it.
