Realigning a schedule
Interval and cycle schedules count forward from a start day. If you miss a dose or take a break, you can realign the schedule by choosing a new start day. Days schedules do not need this, since they repeat on fixed weekdays.
When to realign
Say you missed your KLOW dose on Jan 11.
A cycle counts forward from its original start day. After a missed dose or a break, its on and off days no longer line up with what you are actually doing.
Open Edit and find the cycle start
Open the protocol and tap Edit. Scroll to the Cycle start section.
For an interval schedule it is called Interval start. By default it follows your start date.
Pick your next dose day
Tap Cycle starts on and pick the day you want your next dose. Here that is Jan 12, the day after the missed dose.
The cycle restarts from Jan 12 and counts forward from there.
See the schedule realign
Back on the protocol, Jan 12 shows as Adjusted start.
Your cycle now counts from that day. To go back to the original start, clear the date.
