Reminder-only versus tracked protocols

When you set up a protocol, you choose how much it tracks. It can record every dose you take. It can also just remind you to take them.

Reminders only
Keep a record of when you pinned and how much you took. You can add vial inventory later to track supply too.
2

Track doses

Track doses saves every dose with its amount and time.

It powers your adherence. You can add vials to track your supply too.

3

Reminders only

Reminders only nudges you when a dose is due. You check it off when you take it.

It records no amounts and no supply. Use it for something you just need to remember to take, like a weekly B12 shot.

You can upgrade later

On your stack, a reminder-only protocol shows Reminders instead of a dose.

You can upgrade it to Track doses later by editing it. A tracked protocol cannot go back to reminders.
